I bought this for my front patio. I like the size and the look of it. It took two of us to put it together. Directions were confusing and different from the video. My biggest issue is trying to light it. When pushing the knob in and turning I hear the propane coming in. I can't get it to high because at the minimum level I have to pull the knob out so it will go to high. When I pull knob out the propane quits. I have been able to light at the minimum level by using my clicker, but I had hoped the ignition would make it easier. Even so, I like the unit and will use with my clicker. I'd be open to suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong.Update: Contacted the seller and they are sending another unit to me. They felt it was an igniter problem that couldn't be repaired by me. No muss no fuss. This is a good purchase and excellent customer service.I have bought products in this store several times before. Their caring customer service made me feel relieved. And will solve the problem for me within 24 hours. This is my third purchase. I see Amazon shows that this product will be delivered within 7-10 days, but in fact, I received the product on the 3 Business day. very lucky. The timeliness of this delivery surprised me too much. When I received it, I was even more surprised by the careful manufacturing and design of this propane fire pit. It is equipped with dark blue glass and fire pit cover, which visually increases the sense of warmth. It looks like the wicker side is actually a solid metal plate, which I think is better than wicker. It is also very simple to assemble. And I compared many igniters out there, and this igniter has never frustrated me since I bought it. It feels great. I bought it for use on the balcony of our roof, where my friends and I often gather. Glad we found this. This is what we have been looking for.The very first step suggested the wrong size screw to used.DYI instructions should be easy to follow and accurate.Product was manufactured poorly. Crooked wielding causing the door not close, missing the leveling legs, no instructions.Instructions was not correct.I didn't enjoy this at all. It took the afternoon. Screws too short so it was a major headache. I was going to put base another one but not now.
